The Smart Alarm wakes you up during the optimal phase of your sleep cycle. Simply set the latest time that you can wake up, and the S+ will analyze your sleep to find the best moment to wake you up.
The Charts + Analysis feature helps you understand what factors are influencing your sleep.
Please note that the S+ app requires the S+ unit to fully utilize most features. The S+ uses a patented non-contact sleep sensor to ensure accurate data for the S+ Mentor and Relax features.
