Sleep better with the S+ by ResMed. This app, when used with the S+ unit, accurately monitors your sleep and provides personalized feedback and suggestions to help you fall asleep faster and improve the quality of your sleep.

Please note that the S+ app does not pair with CPAP devices or provide any CPAP treatment data.

Relax, developed by sleep and breathing experts at ResMed, syncs soothing sounds to your breath to facilitate falling asleep.

Mind Clear allows you to jot down ideas and worries before sleep, helping you let go of them.

The Smart Alarm wakes you up during the optimal phase of your sleep cycle. Simply set the latest time that you can wake up, and the S+ will analyze your sleep to find the best moment to wake you up.

The Charts + Analysis feature helps you understand what factors are influencing your sleep.

Please note that the S+ app requires the S+ unit to fully utilize most features. The S+ uses a patented non-contact sleep sensor to ensure accurate data for the S+ Mentor and Relax features.
